Is it a stand-alone course or will creative leadership subject be integrated into existing courses? Will the programme use project-based approach? From the above descriptions, it is very clear that the multitude of departmental modules that form the institute’s program need to be integrated and tightly woven into the existing course structures. As stated throughout this paper, the philosophy of the Hadassah Academic College is already motivated clearly along the visionary road path of CLEVER. Therefore, what is needed is more of an evolution than a revolution. Already for the coming academic year, an emphasis will be placed on offering a pool of cross-departmental modules from which all students must choose at least one. This, it is hoped, will accelerate the process of inter and intra-disciplinary cross- fertilization. It is intended and hoped that this process will grow over the coming years, leading to a greater integration of disciplines and study areas. Furthermore, it is expected that the modules will be integrated into practical projects and reinforced with theoretic and lecture based materials. Page 18 of 58
