2.1.5 Course/activity plan Step-by-step description of courses, themes, subjects, projects and assignments for the creative leadership programme. Each department within the Hadassah Academic College has its own activity plan and vision for the implementation of the CLEVER principle. These are obviously widely varied and geared towards the needs of each department. The department of Photographic Communication was chosen to be the pioneers of this CLEVER project within the college, therefore we bring here a description of the courses within the department which are deemed directly relevant to the CLEVER vision. It is intended that these will be implemented, whether as formal courses or as pilots and remodeled in accordance with the outcomes of the training programmes. The courses to be included are: Marketing Concepts The course is designed to establish a methodology for visual literacy during the core curriculum that will lead to a multidisciplinary mind shift, which combines photography and other disciplines. Participants will recognize and analyze representative test cases, and gain experience in practice as part of a personal and group creative process in an effort to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and the application of this knowledge in the real world, as manifest in our perception of the role of the photographic image in the communication process, positioning and branding. Whilst the "creative spark" remain an unknown entity, it is accepted that there are proven and well-established practices and methodologies, which can assist in accelerating the creative process.
