Stage 3
In the 2018-2019 academic year, upon completion of stage 2, a new cadre of selected students were brought into the programme in a new leadership oriented project called Social Magic. www.eng.kesem.org.il
The process repeated itself with two outstanding third year project graduates leading the new group, whilst the original two leaders (now in their fourth year) were put in charge of cooperation activities, leading the entrepreneurial and conceptual / creative development of the projects and their ongoing management.
In conclusion
This is a cooperation program, a model for the development and advancement of creative leadership 2020.
At the end of 3 years: 36 students will have undergone exceptional professional training in which foundations were planted for entrepreneurship, professionalism and creativity, and of which 6 students will have been fostered for exceptional leadership.
