A Three – Stage model for the development and advancement of creative leadership - 2020
The “Cultural Landscapes” pilot programme was designed as the first stage of a three- year pilot with the ultimate goal of developing a young creative leadership, motivated towards accelerating and influencing wide circles in community, society, industry and business.
Outset
As outlined above, during the 2017-2016 academic year, a selected group of twelve second-year students was chosen, supervised by three lecturers from the Department of Photographic Communication. The work of the three facilitators complemented each other and was designed to give the students a unique opportunity In terms of the breadth of the professional space, the connection between the various disciplines and work in the real world.
Stage 1
The first stage of the pilot was carried out in collaboration with the Israel Nature and Parks Authority. Two groups of students (six in each group) produced two promotional
